Corporate Structure
EII Capital Management, Inc. is incorporated in the State of Delaware and is a privately held, 100% employee-owned corporation.
The firm consists of six affiliated companies that are wholly owned subsidiaries of EII Capital Holding, Inc.:
- EII Capital Management, Inc. is our registered investment advisor and provides global real estate securities and US fixed income portfolio management services to all clients outside of North America.
- EII Realty Securities, Inc. is our registered investment advisor and provides global real estate securities portfolio management services to US and Canadian clients.
- EII Realty Corp. is our advisory company for private US real estate investments
- EII Capital Management Pte. Ltd. was established as our Asian research and marketing base
- EII Capital Management B.V. was established as our European research base
- EII Capital Management AG was established as our European marketing and client service office
