Since its founding in 1983, EII Realty Corp. has invested in US commercial real estate on behalf of its institutional and private clients, with total transactions of approximately $2.9 billion. We develop and implement customized investment strategies across property types through separate accounts, Fund vehicles, including private REITS.
Recently, EIIRC launched its EIIRC Multifamily Fund 2013, which targets the acquisition and renovation of Class B multifamily properties rented to middle income tenants.
We have a long distinguished track record executing our disciplined approach to property acquisitions, prudent asset management and the use of moderate leverage. We are also proactive on the sale of the assets, having sold approximately $1.3 billion of our managed assets at peak valuations between 2005-2007, including our clients’ New York City office buildings and multifamily portfolios.
